Ariana Grande contracted a photo session a few months ago during her concert. Under the terms of the contract, all photos are copyright of the photographer.

Some time later, Ariana Grande was sued by photographer Robert Barber for publishing his work without permission in social networks.

The subject of the suit was the photo, which Ariana Grande posted in August 2018. In the photo, she leaves the building with a bag in her hands with the words " Sweetener ".

These photographs were taken by paparazzi photographer Robert Barber. According to photographer Ariana, Grande never asked or received permission to publish photos.

As a result, Barbera filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Ariana Grande in the US District Court.

The photographer requires either $ 25,000 for each of the photos, or the profit Grande received from publishing her to more than 154 million Instagram subscribers. According to the lawsuit, before it was removed, the post gained at least 3,392,079 likes.
