Through Instagram, the renowned actor Dwayne Johnson told him to star in "Black Adam", the new DC Comics movie that will be released in December 2021.

"The Rock" shared the news with a drawing of it characterized as the antagonistic character of "Shazam!", An illustration that was created by Jim Lee and BossLogic.

Dwayne Johnson shared the image with an emotional message in which he recognized that his participation in the film "Black Adam" will allow him to fulfill his dream of becoming a hero.

“Like most children, it sounded like being a superhero. Have great super powers, fight for good and protect people. Everything changed for me when, with 10 years, I discovered the greatest superhero of all time: Superman, ”began his Dwayne message.

He said that since childhood he always wanted to be Superman. “But, after a few years, I realized that Superman was the hero that I could never be. I was too rebellious. Too unruly. Too resistant to custom and authority, ”he added.

“Despite my problems, I was still a good boy with a good heart. I just liked to do things my way. Now, years [...] later, my dreams of superheroes have come true, ”said Dwayne Johnson.

I also mention that it will be “an honor” to join the iconic DC universe. "It's a real pleasure to become Black Adam," he remarked.
