"I want them to know something. A queen is never late," said the artist in the middle of one of her shows in Las Vegas, a moment that can be seen from a video she shared from her Twitter account. So, Madonna and the Live Nation company were sued by a man named Nate Hollander, who had bought tickets in August to attend the December 17 show at the Fillmore room in Miami Beach.
As stated in the lawsuit, when Hollander acquired the tickets the start time was at 20.30, but in October it was changed at 22.30. Given this and the complaint of many fans of the queen of pop, the organizers have not yet offered the possibility of returning the money to those who do not want to attend the concert so late.
The lawsuit, according to CNN, was filed last Monday in the courts of Miami Dade County. Hollander explains in his presentation to Justice that he tried to resell the tickets, but it was "impossible" because prices had already fallen due to the delay in the time of the beginning of the concert.
According to the plaintiff, he paid $ 1024.95 for three tickets for one of the seven shows on the tour that will be held at the Fillmore Miami Beach At Jackie Gleason Theater between December 14 and 22.
