Robson Wade and James Seyfchuk, who in the HBO documentary film accuse Jackson of sexual abuse of children, received a lawsuit in France.

Three fan groups of Michael Jackson sued his alleged victims in France for “tarnishing his memory” by taking part in the documentary Leaving Neverland.

The case will be considered by the court in Orleans in the north of France in July.

Lawyer Emmanuel Ludo, who had previously successfully sued Dr. Jackson for inflicting suffering on his patient by giving him drugs that killed him, said that the groups “want to discredit the allegations of pedophilia” against Jackson.

According to the lawyer, the accusations influenced the image of Jackson, as well as "the whole community of his fans."

The release of Neverland was first broadcast on the HBO channel in the United States at the beginning of this month and has since broken records in the UK.
