Cameron has the dream of succeeding on YouTube but while recording a video on a lake he is surprised by a storm that leaves him unconscious. And when he wakes up, he is no longer the same because he has an amazing cybernetic talent: the ability to control computers and electronic devices with the mind.

Both will unite to use their powers against a dark organization of unlimited resources that manages the world of information from the shadow.
